about

Habitat for Humanity at UCF was established in the Fall of 2008. The mission of our chapter is "To develop communities with people in need by building and renovating houses, so that there are decent houses in decent communities."

Check out our biggest event yet:  Shack-a-thon!

In less than two years our volunteers logged over 4,500 hours and raised over $50,000 to fight homelessness and improve poverty housing.

This Spring, we were named UCF's New Organization of the Year (2008-09)!

Habitat is an enriching and fun humanitarian experience for everyone involved. We are excited to make progress towards eliminating sub-standard housing in the Central Florida community.

To build with HabitatUCF, members can email volunteer@habitatucf.com with the date you'd like and if you can drive/need a carpool.  Check our calendar for upcoming build dates.
